The hotel where this will be is in Camp Hill, right across the river from city of Harrisburg. Harrisburg airport is 20+/- min away. All kinds of shopping between airport and hotel too.

I will say this, Harrisburg airport is expensive and hard to find flights, BWI (Baltimore Washington International) is much further away (bout 1hr 45 min) but a hell of a lot cheaper and easier. One would need a ride from there to Harrisburg though.

Ditto and if anyone wants to fly in to Dulles or BWI I'm not far from Dulles, and BWI is real close to Fogger..not that I'm volunteering him, but there's enough of us around the DC area that we could work something out.

Updated info... I just talked with the head of sales for the conference center.

For the first weekend of Oct., we can have Thurs (after 4pm) for any set-up, etc, through to Sunday.

This hotel (Radisson) does A LOT of conference center business, so getting 4 whole days (Thurs-Sun) might get tricky. I do however, want 4 days damn it!

And the more people staying at the hotel will give us a bigger break on cost, naturally.

You don't want 4 days. trust me. I run conferences like these, & NO one would stay (at the hotel) 4 days. 3 days tends to be the upper limit for conferences. Plus you will get more people on a weekend.

Yes, but Sunday will be half day most likely. So having Thursday afternoon/evening to set-up and meet/greet would be nice.
