This might be Red's best one. I'm fairly certain this picture was the one that was on HBO's The Pacific's website by mistake. You know you did it right when Hollywood mistakes your dio for real and steals it.

Here is our original, ORIGINAL banner for The Fighting 1:18th.

This was done by Paul Pratt way back in the day. Originally the site was going to focus on "olden timey" war imagery and WWII nonsense.

Since then we've come around and made it a more Modern Warfare-themed site, to try and go along with our mixing of 1:18 and G.I. JOE.

But still.. for a last stroll down memory lane..

Yeah that was the big issue, it didn't really work with our typical banner submissions. If we had a static site logo banner we could probably do something to work around it, but since it changes so much each month it just didn't work.

But it led us to work on and finish our site "badge" which I think turned out awesome.
