A stupid maintenance guy went into our storage, and tossed the box in the dumpster. Within a couple hours, someone had rummaged through and stolen everything.

I was at an 11 out of 10 at the time, it's been a week or so since, so I'm less angry, more just frustrated at the whole ordeal.

It's all the ARAH figured I'd collected since forever.

I was told he was fired, not that that brings back any of my stuff or compensates me.. he was an idiot after the fact too, basically saying "oh well, I saw there was stuff in the box, but I threw it away anyways". He didn't even help look for the stuff, I had to jump in the dumpster myself and rummage around for whatever was left (found two figures and a handful of file cards), hurting my hand in the process.

I'm seriously sad and angry for you...my CD collection of over 700 was stolen...I'm still bitter...more upset about that than I was about the car getting stolen...

Yeah I got all my CD's and camera stolen back in 2000.. that was devastating since it was before I had MP3's of most of them. And CD's were damn expensive! I don't think my CD collection ever recovered from that, though thankfully, the iPod was soon to arrive and I never looked back.

I'm pissed about the 'Joes sure, moreso that the trash who live in my apartment complex actually raided the dumpster in a span of 3 hours..

There are a couple of Joe price guides out there that might be helpful. Mine are in storage or I'd look up a bunch of stuff. But if anyone questions the values you come up with, they might come in handy as a credible source.

A stupid maintenance guy went into our storage, and tossed the box in the dumpster. Within a couple hours, someone had rummaged through and stolen everything.

Sounds like an inside job to me. When you hire that hitman, be sure he interrogates the maintenance guy to find the accomplice.
