Thank the maker! I have always hated the sloped dome on the previous versions, especially from the back. Thanks for posting the comparison shots.
I'd love to get my hands on a few of these new 5 poa troopers, just for those heads.

I decided to build a better Stormtrooper.
Left hand is the basic 5pt saga figure, middle is the Black Series Stormtrooper and the right hand was a removable one from earlier.
Well, decided to stop bitching and got to work on my Chap Mei RPG. Have three warheads (though I fucked one up, and can't find my other Hasbro RPG 7 to harvest a new head), and now I need to do some paint and work making the boosters relatively uniform, then it's just working on the bandolier so the two spare rounds are removable on it.

You know, I think I have some Clone Trooper hands with articulated wrists that might work with this if you are interested.
Current "new" old project. The white paint gave me fits of rage so I abandoned it, but am now reenergized enough to start again. I've sanded the hips and knees, and I need to move on to cracking the torso so I can get some bare arms on there. I have to admit that this has me running scared.
Hate when that happens...little square jar right?...my testors model masters don't seen to do that...
Losing to Eddie sparked me to scrap my last Sub Zero custom.

If people are having a hard time finding that figure, the body was used for Doc Samson, Thunderball, and the ever popular Gladiator.
I don't follow MU much, but have a few figures for display - that would be my default Thor if I ever see it

Of you're thinking MU, the smaller characters have decent arms. Of course painting becomes a factor.
But for Joe, poc Jungle Duke and Gnaw from the multi pack.

I was leaning more towards MU, as bare Joe arms tend to be uncommon. I was thinking a Spiderman figure, if one without texture could be found easily.
I imagine modification will be needed to fit the MIB torso, too. Painting isn't an issue, as I'm gonna have to repaint all the skin to match anyhow.
