ok... so i try nato black as recommended for obi and so far i think is way better than flat black. improve the details. so far i got three operatives made but i will add three more. names are welcome. and the photos are not the best yet but i'm trying :=)

aves apoxie sculpt to do the bears and the vests are casts from Raginspoon("shocky vests")... casts from Shock trooper or steel brigade

Raginspoon vests are pretty much perfect ones...flexible and detailed casts. And even the items are out of stock contact him and maybe he can arrange something... i will make 3 more ops when i get more vests.. thanks for the comments and the suggestions.. the paint i use in the legd is awesome (tamiya caqhi!!!!!!!)
