If they'd made the Liefeld version his guns would dwarf the RoC spring loaded ones, and his feet would be so small that he wouldn't stand up... kinda like a JLU figure :)

I picked up the frost giant set yesterday too. I left the Goliath/Clor set.... because Bill Foster and fake Thor neither one do much for me. Honestly, I'm not a big Thor fan, and I really only wanted the frost giant because I thought he'd look great kicking some MOTUC arse.

I'd like to form an intelligent response, but since I have never understood toy case pack-out choices, I can't offer much insight. The only thing I know is that it seems like they are wrong most of the time. There are tons of Snow Cone Destro and billions of IM2 figures that make this clear.

I think they are shortpacked in the wave, so that's why they aren't available separately.

The backstory is not that complicated. Scarlett Witch basically did away with mutants (House of M). Then miraculously, Hope, a mutant, was born to unknown parents (Messiah Complex). Cable trotted her off to the future to protect her from those that would do her harm for various reasons (Cable...

It's mid-april, and I haven't seen new SW stuff since before x-mas. What gives? I was hoping for more vintage stuff, but it's been really slim pickings. I just pass by all that blue-carded rehash/repainted stuff. The black and silver has been MIA, except for a few random "vintage" attack...

CB & Archangel are at HTS.com at the moment. Be sure to use "spring20" to a save a bit...

The first half of these pics are some custom revoltechs that I did last year and posted on the old forum, Sideswipe, Mirage, & Shockwave. The last half are three new ones I just completed, Sunstreaker, Wheeljack, & Springer. I don't pretend to be an expert customizer, and the close-up pics...

Never saw Archangel in the wild either, not either version. Had to ebay those too. I pretty much pre-order all the MU figures b/c the idea of finding them in a store is becoming a fairy tale.

I never saw Capt Britain in the wild. The good news is that the modern deco version will be released in the Captain America movie line, and the original all-red deco will be in the upcoming MU comic packs. If you want the Alan Davis/Excalibur look, then you're likely going to have to hit ebay...
