I hate to say it, but ultimate Duke looks nice. Hasbro finally realized that it's better to offer Duke with a helmet that covers his whole head
I actually kinda like that "ultimate" Duke and he comes with the only thing I liked about Data Viper--- the drone.
Sounds like no wave 2 on the DG Joes any time soon, as wave 1 is a bitch to find. Big H is trying to get more stores to take them so they'll be easier to get.

That Eel with Night Landing looks amazing. Looks like an updated Torpedo for my collection! The Night Landing looks good too.

What is with the "Ultimate" Firefly? I figured when they said that they were referring to the gray one that comes in the 3-pack. That one's as Ultimate as they ever need to make.
And that Duke, while yet another damned Duke, is a good troop-builder, and the head sculpt actually looks really good, and I hate Chafing Taintum. The drone looks cool, too.

No, but Gyre over on the tank posted some pics a while back and it's the same 6 figures, but just repaints. Green Cobra Trooper, White and Orange SS, etc.
Probably variants I'm the one that said Wave 2...
Also, see the pic of Flint with a green parachute - great figure, decent head sculpt. Man I fucking loved playing with the parachutes when I was a kid. I also had a couple of Fisher-Price chutes I used as well. I'll have to stock up on a few of these so my kids and I can throw them out the second floor window.
That Duke looks decent. Army Builder at best with a nice selection of weapons. Then throw in that EEL with some more kickass weapons, a pretty sweet Night Viper, then Ill have to purchase a 3 pack for only one figure.
