On the two links Goldbug put up one auction was in NY and the other in CA. That's quite a range to find this figure. Maybe some got in stores early or someone just had the hookup overseas.

I have no clue. I'm not familiar with the MU line so I don't keep tabs on it. I do know that it is the one thing the Target I go to makes sure is stuffed full. Everything else can fuck off in their eyes. I think there is a MU fan that works there or something.
I think someone may have raided a Toys R Us or Target or Walmart warehouse to find these.
- wave 17 (Series 4 wave 1) had #1 Thor, #2 Patriot, #3 Storm, #4 DD, #5 Psylocke, #6 Ironfist. Came out in December and has been the sole wave out now. Yet not every place has them! My local area has yet to get these!
- Wave 18 will have 5 figures (Ult. Spiderman, Beast, Beta Ray Bill, Kraven, Hulk) numbered 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 due date was February/March
- Wave 19 will have 5 figures (Scarlet Witch, Punisher,FF Spidey, Shehulk, Kang) numbered 12, 13, 14, 15, 16
- Wave 20 will have 5 figures (Angel, Nighthawk, Nova, Hercules, Puck) numbered 17, 18, 19, 20, 21

I actually saw the word "mutables" in a report recently and laughed out loud. I didn't feel like explaining it to the people who gave me funny looks.
I was looking forward to the Prof X. too, but why doesn't he get double knee joints? I know he's a cripple, but can they not reuse that suit mold for Stark or someone else? Anybody?

I love how Prof X is part of W4 '12... available in Spring '13!
Distribution on these used to be solid, as they were plentiful everywhere. Now they have the same problem as the other hasbro lines, in that I'm still seeing year-old figures on the pegs while new waves come and go without ever darkening the retail stores. With all the x-men coming up in future waves, these NEED to get put out en masse.

Yeah, but we started a Prof X thread for helping out...this is the only one I saw in the marvel section
