Duke Nukem Forever Review

While it’s fun killing aliens,  being rude and crude and just plain kicking ass.  The single player campaign doesn’t do it for me.  I tried to trophy hunt and was pretty successful however playing the game on the hardest difficulty became very frustrating and I eventually just said forget it.

DNF does feature a multiplayer mode.  Online is a fast paced chaotic shooter that relies on map memorization more than skill.  You have several game modes to pick from like Capture the Babe,  King of Hill,  Deathmatch,  and Team Deathmatch.

Honestly the online mode was the best part of the game which is a shame considering the game is suppose to be built off a individual character.  Instead of having to deal with turret sequences, awkward vehicle moments and a generic story,  you just get to shoot and kill.  Also you get to use the jump pack during online modes.
