Thought I would run this by you. I was wondering if it was possible to add the MOTU thread into a subforum? Its been fairly popular and I was looking to add a checklist (or more) with the different lines that are out since they might be releasing a new movie soon. The way the thread sits though any posts would just get lost and buried. Anyway just thought I would mention it.

It's pretty neat. I've done about a hundred volumes. There are several from my last big batch that I haven't put up on the site. Sadly, it seemed like every time I collected a bunch of comics for a volume and sent them in, within six months Marvel or DC would come out with their own collection of the same material! I think their trade departments were spying on me. But, I got to include what I wanted, leave out what I wanted, make my own look, table of contents, die stamps, etc. It was a fun project. Some people do it for space reasons. Most of the time, I would actually collect doubles. I'm far to picky of a comic collector to bind my only copies of certain issues.

Yeah, I need to update that. They got bought out by a larger bindery (thus the reason their site is gone) and the folks I used to know don't work there. I hear that there are currently several other good options for comic binding, but I haven't had any done since LBC went away. I should put that info in there. You interested in making some books?
