Resistance: Fall of Man Review

You start the game in the year 1951 and you play as American Soldier Sgt. Nathan Hale.  Your part of a US task force sent to Britain to obtain a secret weapon to use against the Chimera.  The mission is a failure and your squad is wiped from the grid.

You play as Hale the entire game with assistance from a few friends such as Captain Parker and Lieutenant Cartwright.  Hale is a unique soldier as he appears to be immune to the Chimera’s infestation that has swept Europe.  Instead of turning him into a zombie like beast,  it makes him super powerful and even more of a badass.

The story is told through amazing cut scenes, some old school freeze frame stories and excellent voice acting. Resistance features 20 chapters that will take you around 15 hours to complete.  It’s a very straight forward game that is light on characters,  however you find yourself immersed in Hale and the quest to fight off this mysterious Chimera.
